Warranty & Returns

At IRTS Engineering LTD we look forward to a long and prosperous relationship with all our clients and will try our best to assist with any issues that may arise. We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from receiving your item to contact us and request a return.

Return guidelines:

All returned items will be subject to inspection upon delivery, we will then contact you to let you know if the refund has been approved or not. Guidelines for return approval are as follows:

 Change of mind:

  • If you change your mind or no longer want your item, you have 14 days to return the item unused and in its original state.

  • Return delivery will be at the expense of the customer.

  • Bespoke or custom pressure washer units over £500 will be subject to a restock fee.

Faulty:

  • Return delivery of faulty items will be covered by IRTS Engineering LTD.

  • Items returned will be subject to inspection for accidental damage, incorrect usage or tampering of components to determine if repair is available under warranty or refund is approved.

  • Pressure washers and unit warranty covers most components and non-perishable items.

  • After the 14 day return period, Repair will always be attempted first before other options are considered.

General:

  • Upon approval a return can, be processed as a refund, store credit or an exchange.

  • Proof of purchase is required to return an item.

  • It can take upto 10 working days for a return to be processed, we will notify you by your preferred contact method.

  • Due to their nature High Pressure hoses are not covered by warranty once used.

  • Please inspect your item upon delivery for any defects, damage occurred in transit or wrong items sent and contact us within 24 hours so we can evaluate and rectify the issue.

Warranty:

Our Challenger pressure washer systems and units include a 6month warranty that covers faults, defects or technical issues as long as the unit receives its recommended 3month service.
